We specialize in regular home cleans, deep cleans and Air B and B management/turnovers.
In addition, we do entry/exit cleans for new tenants or people exiting a premise.
I have a great team of workers who supply their own products and equipment with eco options available, on request.

Quickfire facts:
$35 per hour for general cleans
$40 per hour for deep/exit cleans
We can establish a flat fee after trial time runs and this is
dependent on square meter of home/level of service
Ovens Cleans are priced separately and start at $45 plus the hour of labour
Exteriors are not included in a general clean.
Exteriors can be added to a deep clean and the time for that can be factored in.
We service Ahipara, Kaitaia, Herekino, Taipa, Waipapakauri, Diggers Valley, Broadwood, Karikari
Casual bookings welcome, smile guaranteed.
Ahipara Cleans have special local rates.
Seniors are entitled to a discount.

I personally guarantee our cleaning service and if something is not quite right, I will come and fix it myself or work with you solve the problem.
Small travel fee for properties 15km out of Kaitaia Central (not including Ahipara)
Cash welcomed, however we have a thorough invoicing,quoting and receipt system.

What We Provide
Basic/General House Clean
Bathroom :
Scrub Shower
Clean Glass and Mirrors
Shine taps and wipe surfaces
Full toilet scrub and clean, replace paper
Switch out towels and hand towels, reline bins
Vacuum and mop
Bedrooms :
Straighten bed sheets or change if required (new linen should be available)
Dust surfaces and sills
Vacuum
Lounge/Hall/Dining:
Dust, wipe surfaces and sills
Spot clean windows
Arrange pillows nicely, straighten items
Vacuum and mop
Kitchen:
Wipe outside of microwave and fridge
Small amount of dishes washed and dried. ( 5-10 pieces)
All surfaces and cooker tops cleaned
Floors swept, vacuumed and mop
Sink shiny, cleaned and dry
Tea towels changed
Deep Clean / Exit Clean
Deep Cleans are typically required for End of Tenancy or Moving In.
We also suggest having a deep clean before booking a regular cleaning service. We do this to bring the home up to baseline and THEN provide an adequate maintenance clean in your space.
Deep Cleans are a Basic Clean service with the following included:
*Seals in showers, drains, shower cases
*Ranch runners, window frames and mildew
*Skirting, walls, mold and ceilings
* Fans and extractors
* Windows by arrangement
* Ovens by arrangement
$40-45 per hour, plus travel
Exit Cleans :
(As above with some slight variations)
*Clean inside empty cupboards and drawers
*Behind, in and around appliances
*High beam and cobweb cleans
*Wiping out all spaces after tenant has removed personal items
*Wall scuffs and scribbles
*Disposing of last minute junk items
